The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring our organization runs effectively and meets its goals. They provide strategic direction to the Steering Committee, make key decisions, and oversee the organization's financial health. They also guide the management and growth of the organization, and help to set its goals, priorities, and initiatives as a substantial component of the New York new-music scene.
